Strength For You was created with a simple mission: to make strength training more accessible to everyone. By sharing valuable information, addressing common concerns, and inspiring people to start or continue their strength training journey. We want more people to discover how strength training can positively impact their lives, far beyond physical strength.
How we work
Proof. Purpose. Progress.
Proof
Claims come from guidelines and published research. We name the source, and we flag anything we have not sourced yet.
Purpose
Training built around your individual goals and lifestyle, so strength fits into your life rather than the other way around.
Progress
Small, repeatable steps that you can see over weeks. Good enough and repeated beats perfect and abandoned.
What guides the work
Four guiding principles.
Train for adaptation, not exhaustion
A workout does not need to leave you sweaty, sore or exhausted to be effective. What matters is providing the right stimulus for progress.
Minimum effective dose
Do enough training to achieve results without unnecessary volume or fatigue. More is not automatically better.
Prioritize muscle building
Strength training is not just about lifting heavier weights. Building and preserving muscle is central to improving body composition, physical function and long-term fitness.
Master the basics before chasing variety
Learn the fundamental movements properly first. Variety can wait until the basics are solid.
My approach
Training with Teo.
Individual assessment
Good training starts with understanding your goals, experience, abilities and exercise readiness. The program should fit you, not the other way around.
Progressive overload
Training should challenge you enough to adapt, with exercises and training demands adjusted as you improve.
Recovery
Progress comes from balancing training with adequate recovery. More exercise isn’t always better.
Comprehensive fitness
Strength training is the foundation of my approach, complemented by cardiovascular exercise, mobility and other forms of movement when appropriate.
Safety and scope of practice
I work within my qualifications as a personal trainer and refer clients to healthcare professionals when their needs require medical assessment or treatment.
Client preferences and adherence
The best program is one that works toward your goals and that you can realistically maintain. Your preferences and lifestyle matter as much as the plan itself.

I keep my face offline by choice, so you meet me here as an illustrated guide.
My story
I started training for the reason most people do: I wanted to feel better in my body. What kept me going was never the mirror. It was sleeping better, having more energy and feeling capable in everyday life. I became a certified trainer to help other people get that, without the confusion and the hype.
What I’m here to do
Make strength training clear, honest and open to everyone, whatever you are starting from and whatever you want out of it: to look better, to feel stronger or to stay capable for life.
How I train
Technique first, progress patiently, and build the plan around you. I go with what the research supports, not what is trending, and I would rather you train consistently than perfectly.
